Inspections Manager LLC wants the Service to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.
Our commitment
We aim to align the Service with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical target, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox.
What we review
As features are added or updated, we review keyboard access, readable contrast, clear labels, focus behavior, and screen-reader compatibility.
Known limits
Some older screens are still being brought up to this standard. We prioritize barriers that prevent people from completing real work.

Which accessibility standard are you working toward?
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our practical target. Accessibility is ongoing work, and some older screens may not yet meet every success criterion.
Can I use the Service with a keyboard or screen reader?
New and updated features are reviewed for keyboard operation, visible focus, labels, contrast, and screen-reader compatibility. If a workflow does not work with your setup, report the specific page and task so we can investigate it.
Can I request information in another format?
Yes. Email support@inspectionsmanager.com and describe the page or document, the format you need, and any deadline associated with the request.
What should I include when reporting a barrier?
Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology and browser you use, and what happened. Do not send passwords, access codes, or customer records.
How will an accessibility report be handled?
We will review the barrier, identify a practical accommodation or fix, and work with you on a resolution. Issues that prevent essential work receive priority.
